The house had been on the market for 387 days with another agent my partner had insisted on using. Ed met us at the house and showed us market comparisons of why our house had not sold. We were way overpriced. Ed worked with us to adjust the price and 27 days later he negotiated an offer that allowed us to break even. If I ever decide to build another “spec house”, Ed will be involved from the selection of the lot and plan through the closing.
